# App Store Integration Instructions
——This article provides specific operational steps for integrating App Store services with the Sobot customer service platform.
# Preparations
● An account with wisdom teeth system administrator privileges.
● An App Store developer account, and your app has been successfully listed on the App Store.
● You have already purchased the value-added product in the app store (before purchasing, you can only add one app for free).
# Authorize App Store Applications
# ● Start Integration
In the App Center - App Store - App Integration, find the App Store, click Start Integration, and enter the information submission page.
# ● Get Application ID
Log in to the App Store (opens new window), click "APP", and select the APP you need to connect.
Find the Apple ID in the App information.
# ● Get Key ID and Key File
In the personal center, click Edit Personal Information, and find the Personal API Key. Because you can only generate the key once, if you have already generated it, please use the existing one. If you have not generated a key but cannot see the button to generate a key, contact the App Store administrator to complete this operation. After generating, copy the Key ID, download the key file, and upload it to the system.
After the authorization succeeds, we will immediately pull the comment data of the app from the past six months. About 10 minutes later, you can view and reply to the app's comments on the Agent Workbench—App Store—App Reviews . For specific handling methods, please check the App Review Usage Guide
# Set the Visible Range of the Application
After successful integration, you can specify which customer service agents or skill groups can see the app's comments within the visible range on the app's settings page.
