Mall Center Overview

——Introduce the core capabilities, function module features, and use workflow of Mall Center products, and quickly build an enterprise-specific mall module

Role of Mall Center

The Mall Center products have a certain auxiliary role in enterprise service and marketing. They can record customer order data, improve customer personas, and combine rule engines to achieve customer reach based on customer purchase/ordering behaviors, thereby improving the efficiency of enterprise service and marketing.

Main Functions of Mall Center

The menu of the Mall Center is mainly composed of three modules: "Store, Product, and Order". Next, we will briefly introduce the main functions of each module. Please refer to the detailed documents in the Mall Center in the Help Center for the detailed introduction of each function menu.

● Store Management

• Support filtering based on store name/code, store source, and store address (Figure 1).
• Support importing and exporting (Figure 1).

• View product list, and support product import (Figure 2);
• Support search for product name, product status, product category, and store (Figure 2).
