Store Management Guide

Role of Store Management

「Store Management is used to manage the current store info of the enterprise. The enterprise can also import the info in bulk through tables/dock with and manage the info through interface, which is used for product and order affiliation, making it easier for the enterprise to manage the data ownership of products and orders.

Main Functions of Store Management

● Store List

1. View store list, and support store import.
2. Support search for store name, store code, store source, and store address.

● Create Store

1. Bulk import of store data is supported
2. Support the management of info such as shop managers, employees, and store addresses

● Bulk Import

1. All items with "*" are required. They cannot be blank or filled with blank space;
2. If the store name and store code are duplicated with existing data, priority should be given to updating the data based on the store no.;
3. The store name cannot exceed 32 chars, and the store code cannot exceed 10 chars;
4. Store types: There are only two types: offline stores and online stores, while others are illegal store types;
5. The recommended format of store address is "XXX country XXX City XXX county", which cannot exceed 100 chars;
6. Store longitudes and latitudes are separated by ",";
7. The related department ID, reception employee's mobile no., and shop manager's mobile no. can be exported in the "Admin Center - Agent List"; mobile no. of multiple store managers/employees should be separated by ",";
8. The data cannot exceed 10,000 pieces;
