# Main Functions of My Call Setting
# ● Support customizing the time range of call list on the left side of the talk pop-up.
# ● Support customizing the tab sequence in the pop-up. For example, the docked CRM page is displayed on the first tab.
# ● Support customizing the "auto-fold" or "auto-unfold" of the service summary module when the pop-up is opened.
# ● Support customizing the background color of the talk pop-up. The agent can choose a more eye-care background color.
# How to Use My Call Setting
# ● Pop-up Customization
- In the Agent Workbench\More\Settings\Call Center\My Call Settings, you can set "preferences" for the My Call page.
- In "My Talk List - Display Data Range", you can customize the time range of the call list on the left side of the talk pop-up. For example, if you need to process the data of recent 2 days frequently, you can define the time range of the call list as "yesterday+today".
- You can drag and adjust the display sequence of tabs in "Talk Pop-up - Tab Sequence".
- You can customize whether the service summary module is "Unfold by Default" or "Fold by Default" when the pop-up is opened in "Talk Pop-up - Service Summary".
- You can customize the background color of the My Call pop-up in "Talk Pop-up - Pop-up Background Color".
