Product Info Guide

——Learn how enterprises create and manage product info through this article.

Role of Product Info

「Product Info」is used to record the current product info of the enterprise, and maintenance of this table facilitates the query and recording of product info in subsequent orders.

Main Functions of Product Info

● Product List

1. View product list, and support product import
2. Support search for product name, product status, product category, and store.

● Bulk Import

Imported templates can be downloaded. Note the template requirements:

1. All items with "*" are required. Import no more than 1,000 pieces of data at a single time;
2. Product sources: Youzan, Weimob, Douyin, Kuaishou, Jingdong, Taobao, Vipshop, Xiao E Tech, Mogu, Xiaohongshu, Self-developed mall of brand. Other not supported;
3. Store code: it can be exported from the Mall Center - Store Management - Store Info;
4. Third-party product ID: the third-party product ID cannot be repeated when the SKU code is the same or blank. If it is repeated, the result of the last import will prevail;
5. Product category: the parent-child collection is separated by "-", supporting up to 5 levels of categories. Any excess will be discarded, e.g.: Medical Health - Medical Devices - Monitoring Devices - Other;
6. SKU code: when the third-party product ID is repeated, this code cannot be repeated. If it is repeated, the result of the last import will prevail;
7. Product status: other, on sale, off shelves, sold out. Other not supported;
8. The time format is unified as "2022-9-14 11:03:23";
